Having an online website can often mean that customers will need to contact you. Nowadays, you can communicate via a non geo number i/e 0845 or 0800 number to disguise the routed number. This means that a customer can dial an 0845 number (charged at just the local rate) and you can take the call on your mobile or on any conventional landline. If you have several employees in different locations, you can spread out the calls with our switchboard system. This means that the caller can listen to a variety of options (press 1 for this, press 2 for that etc) and the call is routed through to the relevant person to take the call. Voicemail is also intergrated so you will never miss a call. All of this is configured through your web admin panel, so you can chage settings as often as you need to.
